So, you probably already know, “Omor” means life-span in Arabic. The idea behind Omor is not a simply a three letter word in Arabic. It stems from years of thorough research and personal experiences and coming to the conclusion to the forgotten core values we tend to ignore at the height of our careers while transcending to new successful heights. We all ignore our blessings at some point in our lives, whether we admit it or not. No matter what our spiritual level was, some probably at the apex of their iman (devoutness) but they still overlooked very valuable blessings around them which they perhaps that to be insignificant. That being said, the most precious of gifts given to us by God after the gift of guidance is the priceless treasure of healthy mind and a strong body. Sadly, people only value these treasuresonly after something tragic happens to them. It is only when the body ends up rusted, worn out or even destroyed that these blessings suddenly appear again in their vision. They awaken all of a sudden to its importance.
This is why our quest started many years ago and only after many trials and errors in life, the successful and unsuccessful episdoes, the highs lows, did we eventually arrive to a God given guidance — to fully appreciate every single thing we have, beginning with the relatively small gifts which we thought they were. This is why the word “OMOR” is a meaning of abundance, joy, richness and FULL OF LIFE. Yes, it’s a powerful and resonating meaning if you think deeply. If you are given the blessing to understanding your blessings then you’re on the path to a very happy life. It’s the gift of being totally conscious of your own body, thoughts, relationships and goals. This is the first step that will enable you to change your entire life around no matter how steep the cliff of difficulty are in front of you. A totally sublime feeling to live wholly, naturally and totally free. When you take command.
As the days move on, we will go in depth on how to live a happy Omor.
